Mindfulness Meditation, also known as Insight or Vipassana, has its roots in the teachings of the Buddha. Its power and efficacy, known through thousands of years of practice, are now being verified by western science.

The Direct Path of Non-Duality is a way of realizing our true nature, or being, in each moment. Direct Path teachings complement Mindfulness in many ways, and can have a profound impact for many people.

Dear Friends,

I teach meditation, Dharma, and Direct Path from a contemporary, secular perspective. The underlying principles and teachings derive directly from the Buddha and many other more recent teachers. This is authentic practical wisdom, translated, but not watered down.

If you are looking for relief from physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual stress or suffering, or have a sense that deep love, connection and awakening to your true nature are possible‚Äč, these practices are powerful, skillful catalysts for change and growth.

I am dedicated to supporting your practice and spiritual path through a variety of offerings, including Mindfulness meditation classes, longer term Dedicated Practitioner Groups, and daylong and weekend retreats. I also teach low cost nature and wilderness meditation retreats through Impermanent Sanghaat Rocky Mountain Ecodharma Retreat Center, which I founded.

In Metta (Lovingkindness),
